All sales are final. This includes cancellations after the order has been placed, as materials and production begin shortly after confirmation. Since furniture is physical, made-to-order, and prepared according to customer selection, it cannot be returned or refunded once processed.

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation are not eligible for return.

• Custom-made furniture is non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Cancellations after dispatch are not allowed.
