• Orders require full or agreed partial payment before production/dispatch.

• Accepted payments: UPI, Cards, Bank Transfer, Cash, and approved digital platforms.

3. Orders

• Orders are confirmed only after payment.

• We may accept or cancel orders when necessary.

• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

4. Warranty

• 5-year structural warranty on wooden frames and joints.

• Warranty does not cover fabric wear, stains, scratches, water damage, burns, or misuse.

• Warranty claims must include the original invoice.

5. Intellectual Property

• All logos, images, designs, and content belong to Casa Wood.

• Reuse or copying without permission is prohibited.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for misuse, delays outside our control, or wrong measurements provided by customers.

• Our liability is limited to the product’s purchase value.
